Hetrafi comes from three words: Help, Trade and Fight. These are the three types of jobs users can accept and create on Hetrafi to make money. Help Jobs: A help job is where anyone can get and give help. This could be coaching/training to help save time to become better at a game or boosting to help complete a mission/challenge. Trade Jobs: A trade job is where you can buy and sell in-game virtual items and currencies. Fight Jobs: Fight jobs let you create and/or accept skill and knowledge-based challenges against other gamers, typically 1v1s.

Every type of job that takes place has multiple processes that ensure the money goes to the right party.

1. Layers of confirmation
   
Every job on Hetrafi goes through many confirmations from both parties before it is completed, and the funds are transferred to the right person.

2. User reputation
   
After completing every job, users are given a rating. This encourages our users to play fairly and be considerate of each other. Since your gaming accounts are linked to Hetrafi, accumulating a bad reputation will result in people not wanting to play you. The reputation, alongside the number of jobs a user has completed, is a good indicator of how future jobs with that user will go.

3. Holding of Hetracoins
   
When any job takes place on Hetrafi the funds are taken immediately and held by Hetrafi. These funds are then sent to the right person when both parties complete the job. If there is an issue, it is resolved through our Dispute System.

4. Our Dispute System
   
If at any time there is a problem, users can put their job into dispute, where they can upload any evidence they have, to prove their case. This prevents people from being scammed.

5. Admin Judgements
   
The disputes are then judged by Hetrafi Admins. Admins will give out possible bans if users are caught cheating, depending on the circumstances.

All transactions are held by Hetrafi until both parties confirm that the job has been completed. If this happens, you can provide proof through a screenshot or video recording and upload this evidence to the dispute page. Hetrafi admins will then vote on this dispute and you will receive the Hetracoins if they decide your claim is correct.

You can prove the job has been completed through screenshots and/or video recordings of the final scoreboard, the trade being done or training. The more evidence provided, the better.

You can withdraw money by clicking “wallet” next to your coins and then clicking cash out. Then all you have to do is follow the instructions. The minimum amount of Hetracoins you must have in your wallet to cash out is £20 (2,000 Hetracoins).

The fight section can be used for any games that allow you to play against another user in a 1v1 battle, which is most games. So, if you think you can beat your friend in a 1v1 on your favourite games, now is the time to really make it a challenge! Our system involves competing in skill and knowledge-based competition and therefore we cannot include BR games (Battle Royale) where luck or chance are involved.

By completing jobs on Hetrafi and having little to no disputes and providing evidence, your rating will increase. Users get the option to rate you after every job you complete, so making sure they get the smoothest experience interacting and playing with you will ensure you get the highest rating. Be sure to analyse the evidence properly as if you vote for one user but the other user is decided as the winner your rating may go down.

Hetrafi is simply a marketplace. We allow our users to set their own prices and we only charge an 8% transaction fees across the site. This means our users set the competitive prices themselves.

Yes! Posting help or trade jobs offering up your services whether that is your time, skill or an item can earn you Hetracoins. Also, you now get your own personal referral link when you create an account on Hetrafi to invite your friends. Any new user you get to sign up to Hetrafi, using your referral link, will earn you 50 Hetracoins! You can find your referral link on your profile page.

You can play most games across all platforms! We do not allow battle royale game modes. This is because our system involves competing in skill and knowledge-based competition and therefore we cannot include battle royale modes where luck or chance are involved. In most battle royale’s, weapons and loot are randomly spawned and hence the competition is now no longer only skill based but is also affected by random loot spawns. However, games like Fortnite, which are battle royale dominated, have game modes such as Creative, which we allow for Helping and Fighting, as the luck and chance are removed.

No! However, we are currently working on trying to find a way that would allow for offline games.

The minimum you can charge for any type of job: Help = 0 Hetracoins (FREE), Trade = 200 Hetracoins (£2) and Fight = 0 Hetracoins (FREE).

The maximum you can charge for any type of job (Help, Trade and Fight) is 1,000,000 Hetracoins (£10,000).

We charge an 8% fee for every job that is completed on Hetrafi, 12% less than our competitors! This is the only point you will be charged anything whilst using Hetrafi.

You can prove you won through screenshots of the final scoreboard or a video clip of the game ending or if you want to be sure upload both.

Hetrafi uses Hetracoins so that it can deposit winnings straight into a user’s account once a job is completed. This means a user receives their winnings much quicker and they can then cash out whenever they would like.
